Our family department is dedicated to providing advice and representation in both private and public law. The service is completely independent and confidential.

Our lawyers recognise and understand that ceasing to be in a relationship does not mean that you cease to be a parent. We look to explore all options including Mediation, Collaborative Law and discussions between parties before going to Court. We see going to Court as a last resort generally, given the effect this often has on parents and children.
